Eligibility Window
All items purchased from SYPJEWELRY (including personalized engraved products) qualify for returns within 60 calendar days from original shipment date.

Condition Requirements
• Unworn state: No signs of wear, alterations (resizing/repairs) or damage
• Complete packaging: Original tags, certificates and gift boxes must be included
• Promotional items: All free gifts received with order must be returned

Refund Process

Return initiation: Contact customer service to obtain RMA number

Shipment: Send parcel to designated center using trackable service (return shipping costs borne by customer)

Quality verification: 3-point inspection conducted upon receipt

Payment reimbursement: Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus applicable shipping/gift wrap fees
